“Customer service needs improvement when working and affiliating with another company they should be all on the same page! especially with time scheduling and customers questions. Example- sent a time for one activity, however it was not the correct time so we were apparently late due to poor communication and then made to feel like we had held everyone up! When we went to the next activity we asked for a toilet and were shut down quickly! As they were ready to leave even though we had just come straight from the activity. No water is offered Also one of group members had a medical emergency and was not able…”
